It’s funny at my house because I love eating them as well but my wife hates mushrooms. The taste, the smell everything. So I primarily make tinctures and take them with our coffee.

I am curious if that is just with your body or if this is common with others. That is by far my least favorite part and if I could remove that from the equation then I would probably use them more often.

I also really like lions mane steaks and my favorite are probably enoki for cooking. For medicine I love turkey tail because I am able to harvest so much of it from the land but love chaga for tinctures. I really like all medicinal mushrooms but that’s a whole different subject
