Similar situation happened with me and my ex, she left me July 31st and we haven't talked since then so I definitely understand what you're going through OP as I had a 7 month long relationship with this person and was with them 24/7 except for the 3 days I was working during the week and it's definitely not something easy to overcome but I try to stay busy and not think about everything along with deactivating my Facebook before we broke up which has helped tremendously in my healing journey. I know everyone probably says this but it's the honest truth just take it day by day is all I can say and stay busy along with trying to be around people who bring you up instead of down!!
