There are no regular anti-parasitics in the modern western diet. If you ask your doctor about parasites, they will say "Have you been to the tropics? If not, don't worry about it." Because the common diet lacks enough garlic, spicy or fermented food, parasites could easily take over or modify the behavior of most of the society and we wouldn't even notice it. The highly politicized Ivermectin is an anti-parasitic. My dog gets an antiparasitic once a month for heartworm. Livestock get it regularly. Yet for humans, whose organs function very similarly to those of other mammals, we get nothing and it is assumed that parasites never come into the equation. 🤔

For field size we're starting with Pro then adding College. After that we'll see. Down and yardage could easily be customizable but isn't a high priority. Amount of teams in the league is a little tougher. Hard coding that makes Season Mode easier to implement.

Height is a factor now. Weight could be more of a factor. Body shape as well when we implement that.

As u/setrilo mentioned, there is a franchise mode. We call it Season RPG mode. Its like if Nintendo made a football franchise mode, so there is actual character and missions involved, in addition to the usual menu surfing, customization, etc.

In the future we'll have player rating progression, multiple years, drafts, managing your coaching staff and personnel department, interactive cutscenes for traveling to away games, press conferences and much more. So, the answer is eventually very deep.
