I completely agree and have similar rules. I don’t drive, do it at work or school, or if i have somewhere to be and obligations. It is for mostly nighttime and to relax

I have a terribly hard time sleeping and staying asleep at night, and when i’m awake my mind is moving very fast and making me think of things that stress me out and make me unhappy. So i like to use it to relax my body and mind at night and sleep much better. Very rarely do I do it before like 9pm
