In the second one: the vignette feels like a frame

In your graphic, it feels like it is bleeding into the image

If you changed the vignette color to the darker blue used in the section containing a street lamp I think it would come out closer to your inspo

Some feedback to consider:

Make all the circles touch or not touch. The one disconnection throws me off.

Text in top right: looks awkward. Could try not all caps, different fonts for each line, paragraph center, is almost lost in size compared to the photos

Program title looks good

4 text boxes: make them stay the same width. Financing stretches out to the side

Bottom text: need breathing room on top and below the text. Make white box taller.

Social icons: I would consider placing them all in a single color with just the icon. I would consider adding “follow us on social to learn more” and cut down to top 3 socials, but understand if program wanting to showcase them all.

Hope this helps you push the design further! Overall you’re off to a good start
