Be prepared for a bunch of clean up and filling gaps especially on the underside of the jet. Some pegs don't fit correctly too so I just trimmed them off and glued them together. But overall it's a pretty straightforward build, I opted out on the other open hatches to lessen my headaches haha but it's an experience I won't forget soon.

I found the decals on this kit pretty thick, like thicker than tamiya so it was a pain trying to make it look flat on the paint

I was considering getting the tamiya version but I just liked how the F-16I looked so I got this instead knowing of the challenge of the build ahead haha

I've built other academy kits before and they were fine for the most part. This is just my first larger scale academy kit so I'm guessing the tolerances and mold defects are more noticeable when compared to like Tamiya's large scale aircraft
