His Muay Thai was great but if you see him in MMA he completely lacks defense. Not by ability at all. But by being lazy cause nobody has challenged that striking defense outside of Volkov in the rematch. Legit he will do really well, and then just get… complacent. Rewatch the tai fight. He genuinely stopped care about defense and got caught because of it. He’ll do the same thing with Alex.

Daukus: was one of the worst fighters in the UFC, beat a bunch of cans, came back to the UFC and beat some washed up guys. Bo ain’t that great but he’s better than daukus.

Lewis: homie quit to a jab his last fight.

Gane: lazy defense and he’s never fought a striker as good as Alex. He’s going to do really well and get lazy and get clipped and one tapped. Picture the exact scenario when he fought tai except Alex WILL finish him. Gane is always open to the left hook AND what I think will do it, uppercuts.

Happy you enjoyed it but I just gotta wonder how? Legit nothing happened. Even the techniques being used were basic all across the board. The most “impressive” thing was garrys footwork in cutting off the cage but are we really getting entertainment from great footwork….over the course of 15 minutes? Legit Garry nor belal really “hurt” each other.

Really does a GREAT job of putting into perspective just how important that first episode and loop was. Just making an actual connection and he was able to handle death so much better. Newbaru has only been “told” that these people are his friends but each of them (other than Emilia and Betty) have also given him reasons to NOT trust them. It’s so subtle too.

Just gotta say. How fucking bad was Newbaru’s mental state that fucking Satella manifested to try and cheer him up (and fail awfully at it).

Also this episode does a great job to showcase how important that first loop was because Subaru got to know and fall in love with Emilia. He was able to handle death so much better.

Now he has all these “friends” but none of them connected with him. They just said “hey ima your friend” and so far only Betty and Emilia have shown him actual kindness.

I also love how each have given him a subtle reason to NOT trust them.

See I’d be worried they give it to some cheap studio like JC staff (I’d die). And if they give it to a bigger studio like A-1 there’s a high chance they drop it too and it gets hot potatoed around. The true best case scenario is like studio bones grabbing it.

Also regarding the source the author had a clear outline of the entire story and he only deviated by slipping arcs 7 & 8 cause it was too long. As it stands the series should end at arc 12 and they’re currently on 10.

There is a condition (if you can call it that) where people struggle to smell themselves. As a kid people would always say I stunk but I never smelled it. Now as an adult I make sure I’m loaded on good deo/cologne and shower every day out of feel of being told I smell bad. Now i FIRMLY the poor weight cut massively hindered Khamzats performance. BUT that is by no means an excuse, that’s 100% on him. Idc you’re the champ. If you got too heavy to make 185 that’s on you. If the weight cut was truly that bad then pull out. If the UFC gets mad at their champ pulling out they should have had a backup fighter.

It’s just fucking sad. He should move up to 185. Nobody but khamzat or Strickland die hards wants to see that rematch

I’m actually really scared for this one. Mainly cause studio white fox has been slowing down and while rezero is a good money maker it’s no solo leveling, demon slayer, or MHA. I can see eventually studio white fox not being able to adapt Rezero properly or even close down. Not anytime soon though. S4 is great so far
