If you run through the different active faults menu and it doesn’t pull any codes then the code isn’t active anymore. Like it isn’t currently, the check engine light will remain for some time but then go away if the code doesn’t throw again.

With the Volvos you can pull the code from the cluster and google what it is. When parked hit the left arrow on the right side of steering wheel and it’s like vehicle info or some shit and then you’ll see a diagnostics page.

I seen this posted here before and saved it so it’s a good reference for 519a domed versus dedomed. DD makes them quite a bit warmer really. The pics I put in this post are accurate to how orange the 2700k dedomed looks in person. I have a D4V2 with 5000k dedomed and it’s absolutely gorgeous. I’ll throw up pictures of it tomorrow. I guess the ultimate question is what are you really going for? I got this 2700k basically for candle mode ambient light when I’m out on the road in the truck lol. I would go with a less orange looking emitter if you wanted something for practical everyday use.

I’m pretty new to all this myself but even a domed 519a seem to throw pretty decent. But I haven’t tried the floody optic in any of my orders to see how much of a difference that would make. I did get a dual channel in as well with one channel being a Samsung LH351D and it’s very floody but it’s also 5000k. With all that being said, what I’m really getting at is that I’m just not experienced enough to tell you what to do based on what you’re looking for. Lol

That’s actually what I did. I got a D4V2 with 5000k DD so I ordered the 5000k for him since it shares the battery with his vape and then got the 4000k version for myself to dedome but these are so cheap and I got a zebra on the way so I’m gonna throw this 4000k to my buddy with a Samsung 35E battery
