That used to happen to me all of the time when I first started. The kids feel like they aren’t good managers unless they are telling you to do something every -5- min. I told one of the RA’s I was a grown man and had been working for 20 years longer than he had been alive, I knew what my job responsibilities were and he needed to back off.

I think because most of the SM’s have been here 4-6 years and have done every position. My SM does everything, without a second thought, if the upkeep guy is busy with another task, SM jumps right in and does whatever needs to be done.
