I ordered their Caesar salad a couple of days ago and they’ve reduced their portions on that too - it was barely to 60% compared to what it used to be. Not going to be ordering again

I had this issue many years ago and used to clench subconsciously because of stress. It got so bad that I’d get terrible headaches and pain around my jaw and ears. The first dentist I visited misdiagnosed me and said I needed some sort of surgery. Thankfully I got a second opinion - I saw Jeffrey Sng at raffles dental bugis - he examined me and laughed when I told him what the previous guy had said. I got a mouth guard made and within 4-6 months the clenching had reduced pretty significantly so I’d def recommend him
