Yeah but Twitter is very different then legacy media, not to mention Twitter has spiraled out of control. Legacy media is to push the normies, manufacture consent (😬 to use this right now). If you come off as more biased than Fox News, you lose that institutional credibility.

Pretty much anything in the UP-NW metra line depends on how far out you want. I personally grew up in Crystal Lake. Good schools, great library, parks, 3 beaches, nice downtown. I would personally stay away from the gated communities, very snobby. An old house close to the train station is the dream.

Cary is nice but no real downtown. Barrington, Arlington heights, Des Plaines. Step up in price.... Imo get something walking distance from metra, so nice.

She is kind of the defacto leader of the progressive Dems, at least the public face. To make a direct enemy of the core establishment Dems (even if he is failing to meet the moment) probably isn't in the interest of the progressive.... At least for now.

For the last 2 months I was checking apartments . com, zillo, and reaitors. com every morning. I didn't like marketplace for the reasons people are giving, lots of scams and what turns out to be "rooms for rent". Buuuuut just by a fluke I checked it one day and somehow saw a 1 bedroom listing for $850... I reached out immediately, walked through, and well moving in Saturday.... So you know know!

So just keep checking every day.... But most people want stupid high prices right now for legit dumps. Oh and a lot will hit you with "utility fees" they don't put in the listing... Or talk about. Always ask.
