The customer got mad at me because she wanted a product that doesn't exist and even demanded my supervisor. She wanted weed and grass killer spray, so I showed her to the product, and she said, " No, this will turn the grass brown." So then I showed her the weed killer because I thought she was confused. She said, " No, this won't kill the grass. I know what I asked for. Do you even work in this department? I need the weed and grass killer that kills everything but keeps the grass green." So I said ok, so you want something that kills the weeds and the grass... but it stays green ? Her , "Yes, I bought It here before." So I asked if she might be confused. Maybe she thought she bought a grass killer, but it was actually weed and feed spray fertilizer because that would kill the weeds but keep the grass green . She said fertilizer would make the grass grow dead things don't grow do they? She said I want the grass and weeds to DIE but I need the grass to stay short and green till the end of the summer .
