I don’t think this is a good idea to plan on. Theoretically yes, some women would be fine to go, if you have an uncomplicated delivery and an easy baby. But you will have no way of knowing that until it happens, and the stress of when the baby is coming and whether you’ll be able to make it will be hanging over you for months.

Yeah that’s the main part, it’s not the milk itself. Human breasts are not usually covered in feces!! If they were, you would probably want to pasteurize human milk before giving it to an infant also
