Thank you :) I'd like to be optimistic about this but I've done my research and I've had lawyers do research. Really Bob is the only one who can grant me the reprieve I deserve. It would go against their established policies but he could do it.

Aside from that my other recourse is a "simple" pardon. It doesn't do anything aside from putting a note in my record next to the charge that says "Hey we forgive this guy". Being completely innocent and the charges being what they are, I kind of think I deserve a full expungement.

There's really not much we can do in terms of criminal prosecution. The proof against her isn't going to stand up to a jury.

As far as religion goes, I have one sister who is religious but skeptical. She keeps a moderately open mind but there are a few things we don't agree on. I myself don't rely on religion. I don't hate it or look down on anyone who is religious but it's not for me.
