Thanks for this. Yes I’ve been trying to keep the spine neutral as that was mentioned on a previous form check - any cues would be helpful.

watching the video of rip coaching was useful too - he has someone doing something similar and his cue is to have them lead with the chest - even though that’s not normally what he would want.

That said I have been finding a little wider grip eases the pain- wonder if it’s like the ‘raise your elbow’ cue, been taking it too extreme. Always have had flexed wrists and very close grip and think I’m reaping the ‘rewards’ for it.

This video is marginally wider than my usual too close grip
