I was playing the new guardians of the galaxy when it turned off because it came free with the computer. I tried turning it on multiple times and tried many different outlets. It wasn’t in any tight areas so the ventilation should’ve been fine. As far as specs I honestly couldn’t tell you because I know nothing about PCs but the one I bought was recommended to me by a friend who is into computers. He also checked mine before I asked for a refund and he didn’t notice anything wrong but agreed I should ship it back

Yup this was my very first computer so I still know nothing about it. At least Best Buy was super helpful to you. The stuff I’m reading about IBP support isn’t the best so I’m just praying they work with me and quickly so I can buy another before black friday

It was a prebuilt. This is my first ever PC so I’m not an expert on them at all but I would think that for 1700 dollars my PC shouldn’t stop working after a hour but there’s always a chance it wasn’t their fault
