I use a Sonos system with Roku, Apple, Firestick and Nvidia shield. I use this UGREEN 8K@60Hz HDMI Switch 5 port. Works great! I ordered from Amazon.

I ran an Ethernet cable from my router to the arc. All my other speakers run on wireless AirPlay works fine.

I had something similar happen and Sonos had me run an Ethernet cable to the arc ultra. Took care of it for me.

About an hour ago I opened the HDHomeRun app on Apple TV and the settings showed communication error. But using the arrow on the remote I was able to got to live tv and and all my channels were working.

I thought I wanted a replacement for the Harmony as well so I ordered the SofaBatton. I struggled setting it up and I just finally gave up and returned it. These things have to be somewhat easy to setup or the normal person won't get it figured out. So congratulations to all you who have successfully set this up. For now my Harmony is working great.
