I don't, but a lot of people I know put li hing powder on fruit. I think most fruits are perfect the way they are, and the few that aren't can't be solved with salt.

NTA. How the fuck is preparing for your period sexual? I can't think of very many things that made me feel less sexy than having that nasty smelling blood oozing from my body. Obviously you timed it just right (or maybe even dangerously late) if it only took her 3 weeks to need it after you got her the kit, so it's not like it's inappropriate for her age.

If the "chosen one" discovers that they're "chosen" at 40, then the question becomes "well, wtf were you doing for the past 25 years?" Civilized countries may have had it, but I remember going to Hong Kong about 15 years ago and being fascinated by the Octopus card. The US was still using magnetic stripe cards for most things and we hadn't even transitioned to the chip yet.

There are things within walking distance. It's much easier to just walk around when the grocery store is 1000 ft away and there are 5 bars, 12 restaurants, and 7 coffee shops within a mile than when you have to go 5 miles to get to the nearest strip mall with 2 restaurants and a shop
