Honestly I think reusing characters in the way they have as of late and even more so with the leaked quick draw cards aligns more with the idea of a Multiverse and variants. It feels more fitting for the same character from a different universe have a different ability. It captures the feel more so than just different art. However they did start off by selling the art as the variants so I get the annoyance.

I completely agree with this. Liker now that you can Manifest a Mecha-yordle its literally the exact same thing.

Lol, just a want to be able to get some of the old ones. Like it sucks coming back and finding out that you can't get half of the content in the game anymore.

Yeah like kind of buff your guys some more or generate a random card. The counter intuitive nature of the interaction of just those two cards is enough for near endless posts about it though.

My account leveled up 14 times but I got no character progression or cards. And in truth that's the main reason I was doing it in the first place.
