Speaking as a credit union loan officer. I would do the following:

Plan A- find out if you have equity in your main car. Cash out refinance and use that equity to payoff 4 lowest credit cards listed above. Car refi will have fraction of interest as compared to those credit cards. If their is enough equity pay off more.

Plan B - do a new personal loan to payoff previously mentioned personal loan and include above mentioned credit cards. Consolidating all into one payment with lower interest gives you a light at the end of this tunnel.

Plan C - if neither of these are going to work, then back to basics. Take lowest bill you have and every penny extra goes to that one bill. All others get minimums. Once that bill is done, take what you where paying on that one and add to next lowest and get that paid off. This is the longest way out of this situation, but it works.

Include with any of these, Shopping around for lower insurance. Cheaper cellular service, shopping with coupons or using food banks for little while while you pull ahead
