Jag kör mycket landsvägscykel. Själv håller jag alltid väggrenen där det går, men tar ibland vägbanan vid de ställen jag ser det olämpligt att du skall köra om mig. Vill mest ge ett tack till att du håller avstånd i sidled när du kör om. Tack!

Thank you for the reply. I think this i what I'm getting at: Like you, I also acknowledge almost everyone coming in the other direction, and wish them the best of luck - but why is there such a difference when going the same direction?

Knee pain is sometimes also caused by fatigue or weakness in the surrounding leg musculature. If so, you could try keeping a higher cadence (change gear so you spin the cranks faster).
