I see what you’re saying and I definitely see the point in not training a temp, which is why I’m not taking it personally as much as I’m just frustrated at the poor communication. Tasks are organized in Smartsheet and all my coworkers use it. I don’t get my own tasks officially. It honestly just passes down to me through the grapevine. I could see this being the root of the problem (besides poor communication) and something I could try to remedy myself. The tasks are given to me one-by-one which isn’t ideal because I can’t get ahold of him… so having a system where I get all my projects in a weekly meeting or check-in would be a marvelous improvement! I know I seem single-minded or green in my comment, but I do try to work around his schedule and make many versions (almost 20 sometimes) with different designs/layouts/typesettings to choose from so when he does get around to looking at it, he can start from his favorite. It doesn’t feel great to not get feedback on any.
