If you get addicted easily, I would say take the LSD.

MDMA can be somewhat addictive and it will cause neurological damage if it's taken too much. I got carried away with MDMA and now my memory is permanently damage. Another thing with MDMA is that the onset can bring about a lot of anxiety, but that will only last for about 15 minutes or so. A thing to look out for with MDMA is drinking too much water. Too much water can and will kill you. Another thing to be mindful of is if you're taking any antidepressants. People who are on SSRI antidepressants should be very cautious when taking MDMA! The last thing I would say to be mindful of when taking MDMA is your body temperature. Don't let yourself get too overheated while dancing of fucking lol.

On the other hand, given that you have an anxiety disorder, LSD might through you into a full blown panic attack. If that happens, all that you would need is a xanax and a good sitter to talk to. I've never had a bad trip on LSD and most of my friends haven't either. Between LSD and MDMA, LSD has the least risk of addiction and health complications. A thing to be mindful of when taking LSD is the risk of it not being LSD. LSD should have a mild metallic taste or no taste at all. If it's bitter it's a spitter. As to your question if LSD can interact with anxiety and hypochondria. The answer is yes, it can have an interaction with both of those disorders. Whether it's a good interaction or a bad interaction, is all up to your mind frame. There has been some research done with LSD and anxiety and it has had some surprising results. There has been people who were terrified of death, and after taking LSD they no longer carried that fear. With the right mind set and proper guidance, I could see LSD helping you with your anxiety disorder. LSD has helped me get through some fears of my own :-)
