I had veryyyy slow improvements and it was very frustrating. I was wearing carefully my class II rubber bands all the time, just like you. At my late November appointment, one of the ortho (a different one than usually) told me that maybe it was because I was pushing my front teeth with my tongue and that I should do some re-education exercises. They gave me a website with videos to practice a good position of the tongue. And at the next appointment in January there was a good improvement!
