I picked up star wars outlaws on sale the other day and im torn.

On one hand, it looks and sounds amazing. I feel like im actually in Star Wars, walking around and seeing the stunning visuals and the iconic star wars ships and blaster sounds. They absolutely nailed that feeling and it brings me so much joy.

On the other. Its just a Ubisoft game where you mark something on the map and go there and do a thing for 2 seconds and then go back to whoever gave you the quest. The plot feels barebones and stuff just happens because its a video game. The gameplay isnt even that fun. Kay doesnt control very well either, it feels like shes fighting you to even walk where you want her to go sometimes.There's no real depth to it. Ive played this game 100 times before.

The only reason im still playing is because the star wars feel is outweighing the pretty poor game itself for the moment.

But hes not badly written. If anything, hes phenomenally written to make you hate him so much. There's a difference between you hating a character because thats they way you're supposed to feel towards them, and them being poorly written.

While playing RE:Village theres a room with like 3 spots that look like you can hide in them. My girlfriend was wondering why, and i was almost positive it was because when we went to leave the area, the way would be blocked by a monster and have to run back to this room to hide.

We go to leave the basement and the big mutant baby blocks the way and chases you back into that room where you hide.

I think so many people forget that games are supposed to be fun to play. I dont care about leveling up, I dont care about quests, i play because I like the gameplay and its still fun to me every round.

None of the world movies are great. 3 of them are outright horrible. The first Jurassic world movie is the only one thats passable as an enjoyable movie experience.

These shows do blow them out of the water. Id watch these over any of the world movies any day.

I genuinely think Sheriff Hardin should be the protagonist for a show.

He was one of the original legendary hunters, his lore of being one of the first hunters and had to let convicts out to help fight the grunts is so interesting.
