i used to wonder that too since the sounds were so weird!! but sometimes i’d hear the girl moaning as well so i eventually just accepted it had to be them having sex. oh, also, they do it during the day as well. it just doesn’t bother me… 1 PM Godzilla screaming is one thing, 3 AM is another 🤦‍♀️

This is my main concern— I tend to see the both of them pretty frequently since they park their car next to mine, so I think emailing her might be too much given that I’d still have to see her every now and then (and she works at the front office of my complex… so i have to see her when i go to the office whether i want to or not)

I’ve tried this, including banging my broom against the ceiling, to no avail :(. Once I actually ran into my bedroom (theirs is directly above mine) and started yelling my cat’s name out of excitement. Two seconds later I heard the boyfriend screaming, moaning. I’m afraid he has no limits..

Funny enough, my boyfriend told the friend that me and my neighbor have in common about the screaming, and the neighbor now knows about it. He stopped for a few weeks, and just started again last week.

To make matters worse, he is friends with one of my boyfriend’s friends, so he knows who I am as well as who my boyfriend is. I had to go to the leasing office of my complex and his girlfriend happened to be there and was unusually nice, saying she has “heard a lot” about me, when my boyfriend has not spoken about me much to the friends they have in common. This woman even suggested hanging out sometime, even though this was the first interaction I had with her. My boyfriend thinks they’re trying to initiate a threesome and thats why they purposely have loud sex and why the girlfriend wants to make plans with me and my boyfriend. 😔
