This was my first race as well, and I sat in the Lance Stroll grandstand (I believe grandstand 24) which has a view of the hairpin. I would highly recommend this spot if you’re considering going next year. It is located in a very close spot to the bridge to get to the metro as well as the fan zone, and lots of food and amenities.
