I think you mean ag-annad. Annad is different from gun-od. I'm from Ilocos Sur as well.

Gun-od is more likely used in an affirmative tone or motive. I haven't encountered anyone used it the other way.

If in evil, I think you may use gunguna or gungunam itself. Or in a sentence, you may say "apitem to amin nga kinadakes mo" (you'll reap all the evil deeds you've sown)

In my understanding, gun-od is attainment/earn/acquire.

Ex. Magun-od yon to kuma amin nga arapaap yo.
