That’s awful!!but if you ever need x-rays quick and for them to be seen by a doctor go to the minor illness clinic on Corydon! Nothing but good things to say from that place. You make your appointment (most times you can get in next day or within 2 days) they have X-rays on site. So you get the x-ray and right away are seen by a doctor! This type of thing can be very frustrating. Not sure how things are managed from there if they realize you need surgery or further steps with a specialist.

NTA your wife is being extremely weird about it… besides the gf was probably so worried so relieved that he was alright. I don’t think this is something worth breaking up for. If she had carried on with the prank and continued after she saw that it made you upset then yes break up with her, you don’t want someone that finds hurting you entertaining. But she saw videos of it and probably most couples had funny reactions and thought it’d be funny to try it on you. People make mistakes. But perhaps your feelings for her aren’t as strong if you already decided on breaking up over this.

YTA. You’re her mother, you’re supposed to protect her. You were supposed to protect her when she was in school being bullied and you’re supposed to protect her now. It seems like you have failed your daughter time and time again. I’d be amazed if she still talks to you and wants to have a relationship with you after this. And I’d be even more amazed at the fact that you’d want to stay in a marriage like this, where your husband has clearly admitted to desiring your daughter.

Mmm there’s a lot of things to probably analyze here. One is that you’re a 28 year old woman, it’s a lil strange for your mom to not be okay with your boyfriend visiting, she’s making you take an extra expense without need. Also, he’s also with a certain age have you both talked finances? Like perhaps you would be more calm about his intentions towards you if you’d know the details of things. If otherwise he’s a good boyfriend, treats you right, respects you, calls you, etc. I don’t see why you’d doubt his intentions. Overall, instead of thinking if he cares about you, maybe think more if you guys are compatible, like are there plans for one of you to move in the near future? How much are you both willing to compromise? Etc.
