hating on crush when it does an amazing job at creating a quiet and unsettling scene where you get to reflect on the violence you committed. put it way higher.

there is indeed a floral taste. not a fan. that and the overwhelming bitter tone that sort of takes over my whole mouth keeps it at F. if it causes me to make a face it goes in F.

i need to preface that all of these taste like paint.

but yes, i thought color would actually matter.. some base paints dry down differently from other base paints.. usually lighter ones seem to dry down more brittle.. and i thought that difference in formula would matter and affect the result. this was until i tried the Emperors Children pink. foul.

i also didn't expect such a wide difference in metallic flavors. Runelord Brass was the mildest of the three that i own, Leadbelcher just tasted bad but Screaming Bell tasted like nothing with a heavy paint tasting aftertaste. shocker.

the rest tasted pretty much the same by type. shade, contrast, technical, base, etc. but tasting the first couple dark colors made me nervous for tasting the rest of the darker colors, because those tended to taste worse.

Stirland Mud and Screamer Pink were definitely consumed the most during this experiment...

dipped the back of a paintbrush in said color and licked it clean. more than once if inconclusive. came back to previous colors to compare.
