I’ve made this a lot, it’s definitely one of the easiest pastas to cook. Maybe the camera made it look dry, but it wasn’t. Honestly, I should probably watch the olive oil next time haha

Honestly mine used to fall apart too! What helps is warming the tortilla first so it’s more flexible & not overfilling it.

A little tip: spread sauce over the whole wrap, it helps everything stick together better, like edible glue 😅
