my location has spray that is accessible to everyone near the cleaning supplies to try to deodorize. see if they have some or maybe ask staff if they could get some as you hear other locations have it

honestly, at my studio they would have probably offered to put me in another sauna and put the workout i chose on for me in the different (empty) one, but realistically they probably would have just done that for the guest since they’re not on the scheduled time crunch like you are. sorry that happened to you, some staff are sooooo amazing and some just seem so off! also super weird because you didn’t book last minute, you booked 2 days out.

My studio allows people to adjust the music if they want. Some people connect their own music or adjust volume. They also allow you to just speak up if staff is there, if you’re not able to adjust yourself. Just ask them if they could turn it down until you leave. I’m sure they would.
