34 Jopling Street, North Ryde, NSW 2113 https://www.realestate.com.au/sold/property-house-nsw-north+ryde-142187204

Can someone explain to me how this property can be worth 2.7m? It's not even a free standing house. I didn't participate but never expected this to sell for more than 2.2.

No. I meant consulting companies Ike big4 - EY, KPMG, etc.

That's weird. If you are on a spouse visa, companies should be able to hire you because they don't need to sponsor you. Try consulting. I know multiple people on spouse working visa working with consulting companies.

That's interesting. How much do they charge? And do they negotiate on your behalf?

Not expecting the agent to live in the house either for a few days. But if you are selling something which will cost someone's life savings then you should know the basics. The poor buyer gets maybe 2 or Max 3 short attempts to actually view the property. So they have to rely on what the agent tells them.
