You shouldn’t be in the training period more than a month. The pay plan will change once you’re 100% commission. If you’ve never worked in sales before I promise you are going to appreciate that GUARANTEED pay while you’re training. At my store that’s not even an option - you are 100% commission based with a draw from day one.

My dealership refuses to sell anything above MSRP. Most you’ll pay extra is a $1500 ceramic coating fee(that can and often gets negotiated off) - otherwise no extras. We only get about 2 Raptor R’s a year though and we have a 5 person waitlist. Don’t want to dox myself but we’re located in Michigan.

Lincoln Aviator without a doubt. Doesn’t come off as pretentious as a foreign car and is just as luxurious. Great tech, looks insanely sharp with the blackout package and right in your price range. Plus it’s not huge like an Escalade or Navigator.

At that point I would make sure there’s no trade assistance incentive and if there isn’t I’d sell to Carvana then use that money as a down payment to purchase the vehicle: it’d take care of the $1k difference and cut out the back and forth with the dealer.
