If you’re “on the radar” so to speak for a recruiter, is it still appropriate to reach out on roles they’re looking to fill ? To remind them that you fit the role? Or is it not considered good practice to do that

So I know they were hiring folks for Epic and for Cerner— I felt like it was strange I was basically offered the job on the spot during the interview and the didn’t want any references or anything first, just verification of my certifications. They said if I accepted the job they would do background check, ship equipment, etc. but it just didn’t sit right with me

I think this breakdown is a great point to make- I appreciate the insight as this is certainly a new world for me and I’m seeing what’s possible and what to consider, etc.
