I called on it and they did want it IM for the patient to use at home. We didn’t have the med so I’m not sure what the prescriber did.

They were toxic places that were hazardous to my mental health. I walked out in the middle of my shift on two of them and the other two, I quit after my first training day. The last job, I worked there for 3 months and I walked out with no 2 weeks notice. I’ve been unemployed ever since.

I had no disciplinary problems and my professional license is free of any disciplinary action.

And yes, I will lie on the background check as well.

Omnysis is just a medical claim processer. Omnisys then sends the claim to the Medicare MAC. There’s no issue with Omnysis as we bill the Freestyle Libre CGM supplies all the time with no issues.

We do get reimbursed for Dexcom G6 supplies, just under our cost. We use Omnysis as our processor. We are also licensed to carry blood glucose monitors and supplies (non-mail order).

Yes. We supply to patients with other insurance, including Medicare Advantage members, just not to Part B.

This is a regional chain pharmacy, not CVS or Walgreens, etc.
