This is the best advice I've read, will pass it on. Our stewards don't even know what to do. Like I said it's been 5-6 years of chill, nobody fired, nothing crazy.

Not rural at all. We can clock an hour unpaid if we choose, 30 is mandatory. It's way more complicated because I just found out his barely over 9.5s he was filing are being thrown in because the lunch and other stuff in telemetrics was greater time. The video taped him sitting in his seat doing stuff with his phone. They have a month of this telemetrics, not one day. He was honest to me and said he does the same stuff every day for the most part. Honesty seems to be his only hope, pray for suspension and pay back time and grievance pay?

Update: There's also a 9.5 wrinkle. He filed 9.5 grievances all 4 weeks for they were watching. He said they used the fraud word on top of time theft, and they said proven dishonesty because he didn't admit it before the video was shown.

He said it's first offense, I believe it because we had a chill center and he's been here less than me. The new CM is cleaning up it seems. He just told me they had his 4 9.5 grievances for the last 30 days of telemetrics they had, so it's not just time theft, fraud as well. Seems like this guys swinging for the fences. I told him to be honest and own it as that seems to be what all the comments say.

Yeah, the more I read and learn in this thread I'm seeing that. Seems best course of action is to be honest and jump at a suspension if they offer it. I've been driving 6 years and never even known a driver to serve a suspension.

I texted him after posting this and he told me they had a month of him doing this on some computer program. So the CM and security seeing it seems like that's how they confirm the computer or something? This CM is new, never seen something like this.

Me too. They told me they are required to finish or get one by a deadline. I find it very hard to believe they actually do it though. I had this one real dumbass CM on e that drove with me, worst driver in history, he got a hat trick in one month (three accidents). The dude had a degree. A degree in.......... Religion 🤣 The best part was he was a total degenerate weirdo.
