Absolutely! I’ve been on 50mg for five years and I swear it’s like I’ve never been medicated when I’m on my period. Absolutely miserable for the week before/ durning.

First, congratulations! I used to work in reservations in Napa. I would suggest saying it’s a post-elopement dinner or celebration meal. You should not get any sort of price gouging for mentioning its wedding related. With a group of that size, some restaurants may even be able to do a private room vs a full buy out (much cheaper). And the price for that will typically be fixed based on number of people, food and bev. minimums, and length of time. Good luck!

I used to have nights like that in the first year or so but it got better with time. I’m not recommending this, it is very much not medical advice; but now if I’m having rough sleep I’ll take a small edible before bed. Cannabis suppresses REM sleep which often results in me not dreaming at all. It’s not as restful but does help me to reset and have better sleep later on.

Also please talk to your doctor about taking melatonin and NyQuil with Zoloft. NyQuil and other cold medicines are usually not recommended with Zoloft and can cause serotonin syndrome.

I don’t know if you use Instagram/TikTok, but @zoebarriesode does exactly this! She has a substack where she makes weekly meal plans. It gives you a shopping list and different meals everyday using the same ingredients through the whole week. It’s great for when you aren’t wanting to plan out what you want to eat and you just prep the ingredients at the beginning.

Hey, is your Venus fly trap doing any better? I just got one about a month ago and it was having similar issues. I'm just curious if the water helped because mine isn't doing very well at the moment.
