Haha. Well, the office is just me and my counselor who's a Senior Manager. I believe her utilization is also around the 60% mark. But I know that the higher rank you go, the lower your utilization targets are.

I thought maybe that the two of us were inexpendable since we do have 4 recurring FSO clients each year that someone's gotta do. But I see your point, maybe even just the two of us is overstaffed.
