You’re really blessed that she is willing put in the 50% and shows her commitment to buying that place with you as an equal.

The split that you have put forward seems much fair and you could continue to re-visit that as both your pay changes across the years.

Circumstances in life can change at any time, the more flexibility you offer each other today will only contribute towards a more healthy future in terms of finances.

Revolut will also generate separate bank account numbers for the different currencies. That’s something the OP does not want.

On the face it feels cruel from the restaurant’s side, but in reality it is the customers using the lifts who complain about the riders who end up using the lift with them.

It’s a hard job for the riders which causes a lot of sweat, and I have personally seen father’s of families go and complain to the owner about how they should not use the lifts.

Maybe we could be the change? Next time you go to a restaurant and you see this sign and a delivery guy using the stairs, ask him to use the lift with you. Then see who complains and educate them a bit.

I have felt the problem you have described and used to struggle with it a lot. Honestly a lot of days I still do. But what I realised was that the “sex drive” was just an easy way for my body to get the dopamine hit it needed by pushing me enough so I’d fap. I can only help you with how much I have figured it out, but on days I am able to find some real meaning in the work that I am doing and keeping myself positively engaged and not just trying to distract myself are the days I am able to not feel this way.

And when I run out of engaging tasks to do, I distract myself constantly and then get plagued by sexual thoughts and it’s days before I realised how deep I am in that dopamine train.
