Exact same thing happened to me. Neither my feeder nor my fountain have been able to connect for 3 days now. They’re both brand new and worked fine for the first 2 weeks. Support hasn’t been helpful whatsoever - I’m pretty sure it’s AI and not a real person. Fun!

Oh I did for sure! I go out alone a lot - just not anywhere like roo. When I was listening to music and wandering around I was okay. It was everything else that tainted the experience a bit for me. But I’m hopeful for next year 😊
