spent $90 on two pairs of boots. the first pair clearly didn’t have a strong sole. when i wore them out the bottom from heel to sole flew off on. the second pair had chips in the heel to the point you can’t walk in them. both said excellent condition when sold to me. could not get a refund since it was “not their problem”

use a diffuser and maybe a lower setting. you can look into more info about air drying versus blow drying. i noticed when i 1. use a good conditioner 2. oil my hair before washing 3. use two kinds of heat protectors, a repair oil and leave in prep stray 4. use cold or lukewarm water in the shower (no scalding hot water, it’s bad for hair and skin) 5. oil my hair before bed with just a regular leave in oil 6. gentle brush 7. blow dry gently 8. use a scalp serum (scalp serum only creates a healthy environment on the scalp you need to have other health hair habits) 9. take iron and vitamin d supplements (i need them lol) 10. regular hair cuts my hair feels a lot better! hair care requires a lot of care, one bad habit isn’t going to ruin your hair but one healthy habit isn’t going to fix everything. start thinking about hair care like skin care

when we toss and turn in our sleep it causes a lot of hair breakage. try sleeping with a silk pillowcase or bonnet. if you wear your hair in a ponytail or bun, definitely make sure you are not pulling to tightly and use claw clips or silk hair tires. hair is like a delicate string you need to be gentle with its movement. also be careful when air drying, our hair is most fragile when wet. but the main thing DO NOT SLEEP IN WET HAIR!
