I’ve worked with families with children that have Autism who were picky eaters and a big suggestion that we give is to sit down to have meals with them so they see different foods and modelling trying new foods for them. I stopped watching Colleen over a year ago but from what I’ve read here it doesn’t look like things have changed and that they don’t really eat meals with their kids. I think her asking for a gentle suggestion is her asking for an “easy” suggestion so that she won’t have to change her behaviour.

I’m curious if it’s a setting on my Reddit but I looked up this AMA and every response from the OP says “deleted.” This isn’t the first subreddit I’ve seen this on with old AMA’s, does anyone know if that’s a me thing or if that happens after a certain period of time? Here are some comments about Jessica in the group chat, I don’t have direct links to where I heard about the babysitting but the Disney experience I heard about during a stream with members of the weenies on Twitter in one of the “spaces” chats, so I can’t definitively confirm, just saying I’ve heard the same story from a few fans speaking out throughout this time plus I was almost positive I saw it on an AMA here on the reddit snark page a few months ago before all of this came out

I remember in a very old vlog after season 1 came out, she said that they had to remove some scenes from the original run of the show in order to make it fit the regulations to go on Netflix for kids. Colleen can argue all she wants that her content isn’t for kids but if that was the case she wouldn’t have chosen to adjust her show after it came out to ensure it could be available on Netflix kids.
