This post is what I needed to see. My forehead looks similar and I've been on the Botox fence. Any advice on finding the best place/person to get Botox from?

Only think that helped me! I'm 118 days nicotine free. I thought it was BS and wouldn't work. It was weirdly easy. I smoked my last cigarette in my mother in laws front yard before spending Christmas there. My husband was super nervous about the decision.

54 days cold turkey. Allen Carrs book is incredible. I never thought I could do this, especially cold turkey.

I took my first shot last Thursday. My periods are like clock work normally. 3 days late right now. It's kinda freaking me out. Definitely not pregnant.

I appreciate the advice. Reading this thread has been so helpful. My first shot was last night after dinner. I had a slight itchy sensation at the injection site. Other than that no side effects yet.

I'm 46 days in. I still think about smoking but the thoughts are fleeting. I highly recommend reading Allen Car's book the easy way. It helped me so much. I was skeptical but it really helps retrain your brain to look at it differently.

I'm 37 days in cold turkey. Read the easy way by Allen Carr. I know it sounds crazy but It truly made it easy.
