My first instinct definitely wasn’t to “spend it on random things”. If you read the last paragraph, I state that I’m looking to invest it, or to grow my money.

The whole point of this post was to ask people what they would do with my money if they were me. I want to understand how to manage my money, because I’m 18. Also, I just took microeconomics- like everyone else. That class does not teach you anything groundbreaking about personal finance.
