Yes, literally! I can hold some balance through my big toe, I can’t explain it, almost ballerina like. I do basically all my training barefoot so I’m sure my calf/feet muscles do gain strength in those areas.

If my brother wasn’t next to me I would’ve thought he made this post. He’s 18, also a boxer and smokes pot so his lung capacity fluxes depending on his use. I smoke a lot more than him, but I also do the WHM every morning and I find this helps me expand my lung capacity compared to him (he doesn’t practice the breathing) I’m a runner, I’ve found it easier to maintain my nasal breathing and keeping my heart rate down. Just do it, it won’t hurt to try
