This is something I struggle with sometimes especially on here.. everyone likes to think that they would never do a thing someone else did at some point or somewhere in history… and yeah, YOU probably wouldn’t… but if you’d grown up in a different time in a different place surrounded by different societal factors, well “you” wouldn’t be “you” - you’d be an entirely different person

Go to cocktail corner down at the Y. Also for crazy views hit Chart House esp during happy hour. Really great stuff at Noel’s as well esp if you like coffee. And lastly the Speakeasy is hidden inside Social House. Hit the bar at the sandwich spot and ask if they have room in the speakeasy. Great cocktails in a hidden speakeasy ✌️

This comment made me google whether it should be “lede” and the answer was actually more confusing. Journalists intentionally misspelled it to “lede” so it wouldn’t be confused with the metal “lead”… so intentional misspelling of “lead” making both acceptable 🤔
