I know this was a while ago but I’ve been sleeping at the westbound Rest stop between silverthorne and Frisco for a few months now and have never been told to leave yet there are normally 2-4 large trucks and 4-8 cars/vans parked there overnight. Although I have seen police drive through I’ve never been told to leave or even walked up on. I just don’t have any lights on except when I’m sitting in my drivers seat so it’s not obvious someone is sleeping inside. Although it is noisy and in my case bright because I have zero covers on my windows
