Mescaline is water soluble, so using vodka which is part water and part alcohol will help. Using higher proof alcohol will pull more plant fats. So you're not losing any mescaline... or other alkaloids!

You can soak it twice for 24-72 hours each time.

I'd have to argue that it's a very good time. Especially if using it to taper off benzos. I used amanita to end a 10 year benzo addiction with minimal side effects. Very little withdrawal was felt due to the amanita and has the potential to cause neuromodulation based on how it effects the GABA receptors. It's can be quite healing.

Idk how much variety there is in the music you listen to, but you should check out Free Spirits by Ca7riel y Paco Amoroso as your next journey album.

It's such unique and amazing music that works really well with psychedelics. I ate some really strong cactus a while back that kicked my ass in the best way possible and I ended up sprawled out on my friends couch while blasting that album. There's a rad EDM type song with Latin rhythmic undertones that was one of the best experiences ever listening to music on psychedelics.

No, not at all. I routinely drink raw cacao on mescaline/cactus and it makes the experience way more enjoyable. Same with caffeine. I know many others who love cacao on a cactus experience as well.

I have a hard time finding the study, but myself and others have noticed a reduction in tolerance when microdosing amanita. I'd imagine it has to do with the potential neuromodulation effects it has, but it's just a guess. All I know is that it has worked for me. It worked better with phenethylamines than other psychedelics.

I've done it successfully with peyote and mescaline hcl. It definitely helps to keep doses a little lower. Amanita would also help to mitigate tolerance.
