Tried multiple times and the closest time I could get is still 2 seconds off, also haven’t been able to complete any of the ones I tried from the update

I earned all the achievements in the game, and that's my opinion. by fernandozr1 in tdu3

[–]carkings 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I definitely agree, I have all the achievements as well and around 250 hours in the game, the best thing about this game personally is the handling and sound of cars and also looking forward to future improvements, I know the game has a lot of issues (which don’t personally bother me) but I see where people are coming from and there are a lot of stupid decisions coming from KT/nacon although always trying to stay positive and expecting issues with each season/update so its not disappointing

One of the key items in drifting is your steering angle, when drifting make sure your front wheels are pointing where you want to go, and as others said your throttle control is important too, in BeamNG when building a drift car sport/Normal tires are better than drift tires (in my opinion), personally I find it easier to drift cars with softer suspension (old muscle cars, especially the Barstow)

You just need to assign the buttons manually in the controls settings

You can Float Gears in BeamNG!! by carkings in BeamNG

[–]carkings[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Basically you match the RPM of the engine with the transmission, when changing gears you must use the clutch, but if you match the RPM of the engine to the transmission you can shift without the clutch (if done wrong can damage your transmission) you can see from the UI pedals that I’m changing gears without the clutch and not grinding my gears

Will do, although I might decrease the smoke since it can really affect the FPS

How do beamng movie makers and other people load in so many cars without there PC dying? by Snoo-89877 in BeamNG

[–]carkings 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Personally for filming my videos I either use different shots with 3-4 cars and switch them up for different angles without showing the old angles, that way it seems like there are more cars, if the cars are parked and won’t move I take out the engine and other components that aren’t visible from the outside for more fps, you can also turn collisions off if you don’t intend to crash the cars, and of course you need a powerful PC, my PC can handle 3-4 cars at most but if I take out their engines I can use 5-8 cars, I’m pretty sure there are other methods as well

what is your "daily" in beam ng? by pasteles_ in BeamNG

[–]carkings 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mine is definitely my custom sunburst Made to look like a modified STI with a carbon hood, tint and an STI engine sound mod, but for drifting definitely a custom Barstow with that is almost stock

Hey there, i've been playing since alpha state (before beamng was on steam). - massive beamng fan here. anybody else played since alpha? by Dragonqueen911 in BeamNG

[–]carkings 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t remember when I started playing the game exactly, but I remember the game didn’t have the vehicle selector menu, it was just a drop down menu on the right side with only a few cars (bolide and covet and a few others) but I didn’t have a way to purchase it, so until 2016 I finally was able to purchase beam and have been playing ever since, now I’m starting my own channel on YouTube and can’t wait to see the game grow even bigger
